A Time for Thanksgiving

We’d like to take this time to express how grateful we are for so many good things – our family and business are healthy and strong. We have the best team of employees ever, working together to be better every day serving you, our customers.

Let’s face it, we’ve had some challenges this year. People are decorating their living spaces, which is great, but high demand paired with global events means we may not have the perfect item you want right now.

Making hand-made rugs with our producers overseas has been particularly challenging. From sourcing wool and cotton to Covid precautions for weavers, it seems every step in our supply chain has slowed. Ongoing port congestion, container and truck driver shortages have caused further delays across the entire home furnishings industry.

We are working with our supply chain partners to be back in stock and fulfill backorders. Our commitment is to keep you informed of your backorder status after we receive new information. In the meantime, please call or email to request an update on your order status.

We continue to be both grateful and humbled by the support you have given Company C during these times, and for those of you new to our brand.
