Free Shipping Promotion, May 23 - May 27, 2013:

Company C is offering free standard shipping on orders of $150 or more from Thursday, May 23 - Monday, May 27, 2013. This promotion is valid for continental US and Canadian customers*. 

If you wish to upgrade to an expedited shipping method, shipping costs will be calculated and added to your order. 

Some large or oversized items** require delivery via freight carrier. For these items a shipping charge will be calculated and added to the order.

* Promotion excludes: Alaska, Hawaii and any states/territories outside the continental US and Canada. Canadian customers are responsible for all duties and taxes. 
** Items shipping via freight carrier include but are not limited to: furniture and 10' x 14' rugs.

Standard Shipping Rates:

Please note for shipments to Canada, duty and tax charges will apply and are billed separately by the carrier. For expedited orders shipping outside the contiguous United States, please contact our Customer Service Department at cs@companyc.com or via phone 800.181.8288. Expedited may not be available in certain areas.

Surcharges On Large Items:

For oversized products including 10' x 14' rugs and furniture, please use the table below to determine additional freight costs. Total shipping costs will be determined by adding the additional cost per piece(s) to the base ground shipping cost as shown on the table above. Expedited oversized items are quoted separately on a case by case basis by our Customer Service Department. In-Home Delivery:

In-home delivery is the standard residential shipping method for all 10' x 14' rugs and furniture orders to ensure the highest quality delivery possible. This service is available in the contiguous U.S. only. Small ottomans can be shipped via FedEx.

Once product is available and ready for shipment, the third-party provider will call the customer using the phone number provided with the order to schedule an appointment. An adult must be present to receive the shipment as they bring the items inside the door and inspection is required. Therefore, when placing the order, it is important to provide an accurate daytime phone number. The following White Glove delivery services will be provided:

  • Delivery of product inside the home, up to two flights of stairs
  • Placement of product in a prepared room of choice
  • Unpacking and removal of shipping materials
  • Up to 15 minutes of assembly without the use of tools

Although items are fully inspected before our factory, please thoroughly inspect your furniture, noting any damage on the delivery receipt. Contact our Customer Service Department while the delivery provider is still present in order to determine the best solution possible. We may not be able to assist you in the repair, replacement or return of your furniture unless issues are denoted on the freight receipt.

Return Policy - Rugs, Bedding & Accessories:

Company C's goal is to provide you with an extraordinary experience. iIf you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return your unused product within 45 days for full refund of purchase price. Please inspect your items upon receipt and notify us immediately of any damage; we will arrange for prompt replacement. If you purchased our product through a Company C dealer, please contact the dealer directly for assistance. 

Our returns process is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
  1. All orders (excluding 10' x 14' rugs) ship with a pre-paid FedEx return label. If this label is used, return shipping charges will be deducted from the product credit. Please use this label and send the product back within 45 days. 
  2. Products should be packed in original packaging. Should you need new packaging please contact us at returns@companyc.com or call 800.818.8288. Merchandise must be returned in original condition to receive full credit. 
  3. Upon receipt in our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the return to ensure first quality condition. We cannot accept product returned for normal wear and tear (click here for more information in our FAQ section). Your credit will be processed and automatically applied to the original credit card used for the purchase less the returned shipping costs. Please note credit card companies' refund timelines may differ and it can take up to two weeks for the credit to post to your account.

Custom ordered product and cut yardage cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. We will replace defective product for a full year from the date of shipment. 


Return Policy - Furniture & Large Rugs:


Furniture orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours. After 24 hours, we will charge a 50% deposit and process the order as written. After this time custom furniture orders may not be cancelled. All Company C furniture is custom built to your specifications and therefore lead time will vary. Most orders will be delivered within 6 - 10 weeks of order date, however additional time may be needed based on the options selected.
