Compensation: Hourly plus opportunity for commission and bonus monthly

We're looking for a Sales Supervisor for our Hingham store to play a critical role in the success and growth of our retail business.
Position Overview:
Are you dynamic, result-oriented and innovative? The ideal candidate will offer a minimum two years of experience in leading a store team to achieve planned sales plans, execute merchandising changes, inventory control procedures and enhance customer experiences resulting in raving fans.Core Responsibilities:
Daily Operations
- Driving sales to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Overseeing all facets of the day to day operations of the store, including a safety, security, loss prevention and banking.
- Using information technology to record sales figures for data analysis and forward planning.
Leadership
- Strong leadership skills. Demonstrates self confidence without "ego".
- Authentic and able to connect with Company C customers through lifestyle understanding.
- Understanding of like brands; be well read and well educated.
- Open mindedness; willingness to test new ideas. Positive attitude, dynamic and able to motivate and encourage staff.
- Hands-on, "roll up your sleeves" style.
- Create a customer first environment by modeling and coaching the team to deliver exceptional service resulting in raving fans.
Education and Qualifications
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in retail management in the home furnishings category.
