How are Company C rugs made? |

Our rugs are hand made of 100% wool. Three constructions
are used to create our designs: hand hooked loop pile, hand
tufted cut pile and hand hooked/tufted combination. All rugs
have hand sewn edges and cotton backing for improved quality
and durability. |

How do I clean and care for my new rug? |
| Answer: |
Vacuum it regularly, but do not use the beater bar. Spot
clean the rug when needed using only a mild carpet cleaning
solution for wool, and let it air dry. Professional carpet
cleaning is recommended. Do not dry clean. For more

I've noticed thread ends on the surface of my hooked
rug - what should I do? |
| Answer: |
Our rugs involve many changes of color to create the
wonderfully detailed designs. Each time we change colors, the
excess yarn is tucked between the loops. With use and
vacuuming, these long ends of yarn occassionally come to the
surface. Use scissors to clip the yarn even with the top of
the loops; do not pull. |

Why is my tufted rug shedding? |
| Answer: |
Shedding on tufted rugs is completely normal. Our rugs
are made of 100% natural fibers, which, like a wool sweater
or cotton in the dryer, will give off a certain amount of
lint. Vacuuming regularly should diminish the shedding after
three months depending on the level of traffic. |

Are your rugs colorfast? Can I stain guard them? |
| Answer: |
Our rugs are rigorously tested for color preservation and
are as colorfast as any rugs can be. However, with any rug,
direct and sustained sunlight can fade the colors over time.
We do not recommend using a stain guard on your rug, and
Company C cannot warranty the rug if it has been
treated. |

My rug has an odor - is this normal? |
| Answer: |
A slight odor after unrolling a rug is normal. Allowing
the rug to air out and using a product such as Febreze™
should alleviate the latex scent. |

pillowcases, shams and bed skirt? |

These items are made of 100% cotton. Machine wash in cold
water separately. Tumble dry on low and remove promptly. |

Company
C wants you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If
for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase,
simply return the merchandise within 30 days for
an exchange or full refund (excluding shipping and
handling).
After 30 days, we will replace the item, if defective, for
a full year from purchase date.
Please call our Customer Service department toll free at
800.818.8288, and one of our representatives will mail or
email you a Return Authorization (RA) number for FedEx
pick-up. You
must re-package your item(s) in the original packaging and
mark the RA number clearly on the outside of the
package. If
you need new packaging, we will send it to you free of
charge.

What is RugMark? |

RugMark is an international nonprofit organization
working to end exploitative child labor in the rug industry
and offer educational opportunities to children in India,
Nepal and Pakistan. RugMark is the only independent
certification, requiring manufacturers to open their doors
for on-going monitoring and inspection. Company C actively
uses the RugMark label and supports the organization. A
percentage of every RugMark-certified rug sale is given to
RugMark to support its education goals. To date, more
than 3,500 children have been freed from the looms and many
more have been enrolled in one of 13 RugMark-sponsored
schools. Look for the individually numbered RugMark
label on Company C's tufted and combination (hooked and
tufted) rugs. |
